What to expect from a typical session?

A typical coaching session usually lasts 50-60 minutes and consists of check-ins, work on a topic or issue, reflection, and future planning. The majority of the work will be done through conversation, as talking provides a powerful platform for exploration and understanding. However, if art, music, or any other form of creativity is part of your practice, you may be invited to work on your issues creatively, such as through writing a poem or engaging in visualization exercises. This approach allows for a deeper and more holistic exploration of your challenges and aspirations. Additionally, to accelerate your progress, you may be given homework assignments or exercises to further integrate the insights gained during the sessions into your daily life. The scheduling and structure of the sessions can be adjusted to accommodate your specific needs and preferences.

My extensive knowledge in psychology, neuroscience, forged through the completion of a rigorous MSc program in Psychology accredited by the British Psychology Society (BPS), encompasses diverse domains such as motivation, emotional regulation, relationship management, and confidence development.

Rooted in the profound philosophy of Taoism and existentialism, my methodology is grounded in empathy and compassion.
