About me and my approach

Welcome! My name is Mengling Pu.

I am a life coach and solution-focused hypnotherapist (SFH).

I believe every individual holds an innate capacity to heal, grow, and self-actualise. At Labyrinth Harmonie, I create a safe oasis where you can explore your intricate psyche, process difficult experiences with unconditional positive regard, overcome anxiety, depression, and stress, and reconnect with your centre.

My background is in science and engineering. Receiving life coaching and therapy at pivotal points in my life led me onto a path devoted to supporting people through life-transforming change and becoming the best version of themselves. Along this journey, I cultivated a discipline of self‑reflection and compassion, which helped me align my passion with my aptitudes and take mindful, steady steps toward building a deeply meaningful career.

My approach is informed by the latest neuroscience and psychology research, enriched by the wisdom of existential philosophy and Taoism, and uniquely integrated with my expertise in creativity, motivation, confidence building, and relationships. Through holistic techniques such as mindfulness, anchoring, and guided reflective exercises, I support you in meeting life’s challenges with clarity and compassion while developing emotional resilience. Together, we work toward cultivating inner harmony, confidence, and a more fulfilling, authentic way of being.

SFH is a modern, evidence-based approach that blends Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)  and clinical hypnosis. Rather than revisiting past difficulties, it invites clients to focus on their strengths, resources, and desired outcomes, while using hypnosis to access a relaxed, focused state that is conducive to positive change.
